The Degree Of Commitment Of Secondary School Teachers In Mafraq Governorate To Teacher Ethics In The Light Of Islamic Education From The Students' Point Of View

چکیده
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة التزام معلمي المدارس الثانوية في محافظة المفرق بأخلاقيات المعلم ضوء التربية الإسلامية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة لقياس المعلم، حيث تكون مجتمع (6167) طالبًا وطالبة، وتكونت عينة (400) وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية المتيسرة، وأظهرت نتائج أن جاءت بدرجة كبيرة؛ وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية الطلبة تعزى لمتغير (الجنس) وجاءت لصالح (الإناث)، وعدم متغير (المرحلة التعليمية)، يوصي استمرار بالالتزام مهنة التعليم الاسلامية لأثرها الواضح تحسين العملية التعليمية التعلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التزام، أخلاقيات الاسلامية، المدارس.
